A Letter from the President
A Letter from the President
To Our Valued Customers,
Earlier this year, we shared that 4th Generation Electric was joining forces with DMH Electric. I want to let you know that transition is now complete and explain what it means for our customers and for 4GE going forward.
Our generator operations, including installation, service, maintenance, and our Generac dealership, have transitioned to DMH Electric in Sterling.
Our generator business became a significant part of 4GE over the years. As it grew, so did the resources required to support the number of customers and systems we had in the field. Making sure those customers would continue to receive the level of service and support they deserve was a major reason for making this transition.
DMH has the people, infrastructure, and experience to carry that work forward, including many familiar faces from our 4GE team. I’m confident our generator customers will continue to be well taken care of.
For generator installation, service, maintenance, or other Generac-related needs, please contact:

Our longtime 4GE office number now connects generator customers with DMH.
What This Means for 4GE
4th Generation Electric is not going away.
For the immediate future, my focus will be on completing existing obligations and wrapping up outstanding projects and responsibilities from our previous operations.
If you need to reach me regarding any of these ongoing matters, please contact me at:

For new electrical projects or needs that I am unable to accommodate, I strongly recommend DMH Electric. They are a full-service electrical contractor with the staff, experience, and resources to handle a wide range of residential and commercial electrical work. I trust their team and am confident recommending them to the customers who have trusted 4GE over the years.
Looking Ahead
This transition represents a major change for me personally and professionally.
I’m extremely proud of what we built at 4GE and grateful to the employees, vendors, and customers who helped make it possible. Many of you have trusted us for years, referred friends and family, and helped grow the business into far more than I ever expected.
At this point in my life, creating more time for my family has become increasingly important. Scaling back allows me to do that while remaining active in the electrical trade and continuing to personally serve customers on a smaller scale.
While 4GE will look different going forward, my commitment to quality work and treating customers fairly will remain the same.
Thank you for your business, your referrals, your loyalty, and most importantly, your trust over the years. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity you have given 4GE and me to serve you.
Sincerely,
John Perry
